Our Quality Assurance programs and processes (in accordance
with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000) are
the means by which Prestige continually strives to
satisfy the requirements of our customers, suppliers
and business partners. We are obliged to ensure that
our Quality Assurance Policy is understood by our
employees, and that its procedures are implemented
and maintained at all times.
The assurance of quality is fundamental to all the
work undertaken by Prestige and the procedures established
shall be practiced by all personnel at every level
in the company's structure.
Our Quality Policy
It is the policy and overall business objective of
Prestige to provide services of the highest quality
and in compliance with our clients specified requirements.
It is also the objective of Prestige to enhance its
reputation and capabilities in order to gain wider
recognition in its field of expertise.
We also recognize that genuine commitment to understanding
the present and future needs of our clients is essential
to the achievement of our objectives and therefore
continually strive to ensure that the needs and reasonable
expectations of our clients are realised in the quality
of services it provides. To further our quality aims
we have ensured that all employees understand and
adhere to the requirements of these policies and the
contents of our Quality Assurance Manual. We will
subsequently constantly monitor our quality performance
and will implement improvements where appropriate.
We will, from time to time (via our customer C.A.R.E.
* programs) measure and monitor our performance with
our customer's suppliers and business associates.
